Cyber education does work

The Pennsylvania Department of Education released the findings of an exhaustive and much-anticipated report on October 31, 2001. The report, "Cyber Charter Schools Review," was conducted by KPMG Consulting, one of the nation's leading independent consulting firms.

According to Charles Zobgy, Pennsylvania's Secretary of Education, "This study shows what thousands of … parents already know-that cyber schools can provide an innovative education for many children…. Cybers have the power to combine the customized curriculum … with the easy access and flexibility of the Internet-making these schools uniquely adaptable to students' individual learning needs."

William J. Bennett, former U.S. Secretary of Education and chairman of K12, welcomed the findings and said  "more and more people are recognizing the potential …to expand learning opportunities. Our nation has been facing a lot of difficult news. Here is some very good news: the next chapter in American education has finally arrived…putting world-class educational resources within the reach of all children, regardless of their geographic location or background.

Eugene Hickok, U.S. Under Secretary of Education and Pennsylvania's former Secretary of Education, has also applauded the proliferation of new high-tech educational alternatives: "A combination of innovation, reform, and common sense is changing the landscape of American elementary and secondary education-and promises to lift up student achievement not only in Pennsylvania but throughout the United States.”

Why Home Schoolers Don’t Need Charter Schools

You don't need a Cyber-Charter school to affordably access the best Cyber educational resources in the world. You can do it easily yourself! Because, the world of home schooling changed forever Jan. 1, 2002.  http://tutors2you.com

Suppose you could pick the ideal Tutor

Suppose you had the opportunity and the resources to choose the ideal personal tutor for your child. Suppose money was not an object and the tutor could be chosen from anywhere in the world. Obviously you would want one who was knowledgeable in all subjects and who would have your child's best interests at heart.

You would want a tutor who could adapt to your child's needs and could individualize the instruction to your child's abilities. One who could spend enough time with your child to assure mastery of the subject matter and introduce new material based on mastery skill levels. One who was adaptable when sickness or emergencies interfered with learning time and could pick up exactly where the lesson ended the last time.

Alexander the Great benefited by having King Philip of Macedon for a father. The king was astute and had the foresight and power to recruit the brightest person in the known world to be his son's private tutor. The tutors name was Aristotle.

The Tutor - is the computer - the academic content is in tutors2you.com

Not everyone has a wealthy king for a father but each student today can have a private tutor far more knowledgeable than Aristotle. That tutor is a computer and now the world-class content is delightfully delivered to you 24 x 7 anywhere anytime by Tutors2you.com.   A world-class education is yours for the taking.
